Privacy

This Privacy page explains how llaunch ("we", "us") handles information when you use the public site and maker tools. It is product-level guidance, not a substitute for formal legal advice.

Account and profile data

When you sign in, we process account information provided through our authentication provider (for example name, email, and account identifiers) so you can manage products, dashboards, and billing-related features. We use that data to operate the signed-in experience and keep your listings associated with your account.

First-party visitor cookie

For visitors who are not signed in, we may set a first-party cookie named al_vid. It stores a random identifier so we can estimate unique views and similar engagement metrics without requiring an account. The cookie is HttpOnly, scoped to our site, and not used as a third-party advertising identifier.

Product analytics

On public product pages and related discovery surfaces we record product engagement events such as views and outbound visits. Events are tied to a visitor identity (signed-in user id when present, otherwise the anonymous visitor cookie) and a coarse source (for example directory or product page). Makers can see aggregated analytics for their own listings. We do not sell personal contact lists.

Cookies and optional analytics

When you choose Accept all in the cookie banner, we may load analytics tools (including Datafast) to understand overall site traffic. If you choose Essential only, we still use first-party cookies needed for core product features (such as visit counting on product pages), but we do not load those optional analytics tools. You can change your choice anytime from Cookie settings in the site footer. We store your preference in a first-party cookie named al_cookie_consent.

Public maker content

Product listings, comments, and links that makers publish are public by design. Makers control the content of their listings; those pages may include names, logos, URLs, and other information they choose to share.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and service providers to host the app, authenticate users, store files, process payments when you buy paid features, and understand crawl traffic. Those providers process data only as needed to run llaunch.
